Documents we can process include:

• We do mortgage loan package signings

• We can accept electronically delivered documents (E-docs) 

• Jurats:
  This type of document always contains the words:
  "I swear and confirm".

• Acknowledgments:
  This type of document is used to notarize the true identity of the document signer.

• Subscribing Witness:
  You actually witnessed the signing of a document by someone unable to appear before the notary.

• Oaths or Affirmations:
  A sworn oath, testimony or affirmation used by a court in place of testimony given in person.
  
  Documents that we CAN NOT process include:
  
  Incomplete Documents, Wills, Documents Signed outside of my presence, Birth Certificates, Photographs, Faxed or copied signatures, and copies of documents (except Powers of Attorney).
